环己烷氧化废碱液的回收利用及废水处理方法研究

摘    要:在介绍国内外环己烷氧化废碱液化学处理工艺的基础上,考查了利用氯碱工艺中的废硫酸酸化环己烷氧化废碱液分离回收己二酸和硫酸钠的处理工艺。结果表明:经过酸化、萃取、分离、提纯可得到较高质量的己二酸和硫酸钠产品,同时可将废水的COD降低到可生化处理的程度。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of some current techniques for the chemical treatment of waste alkali liquor in cyclohexane oxidation adopted in China and foreign countries,this paper investigates the method of using waste sulfuric acid from the processing of Chlor-alkali oxidize to recover and separate the adipic acid and sodium sulfate.The results show that after acidification,extraction,separation and purification,the high-quality adipic acid and sodium sulfate products can be obtained,and meanwhile,the COD content in the waste water can be reduced to a degree of biochemical treatment.
