| 摘 要： | 目的：预防和纠正脑卒中患者关节挛缩、肢体僵直等偏瘫痉挛模式的出现，最大限度地提高脑卒中患者的治愈率，降低致残率。方法：口服抗痉挛药物，针灸及康复训练。结果：对106例脑卒中痉挛性瘫痪的患者使用该法进行治疗，总有效率达91．5％。结论：对脑卒中患者使用针灸及康复训练能有效地预防和纠正偏瘫痉挛模式的出现。

| Abstract: | Objective: To prevent and remedy symptoms of paralysis such as contracture of joints and stiff limbs,to increase the recovery rate of cerebral apoplexy and to decrease the rate of incapacitation.Methods: Acupuncture and rehabilitation training were performed and anti-paralysis drugs were given.Results: The recovery rate of spastic paralysis of cerebral apoplexy was 91.5% among 106 cases.Conclusion: Acupuncture and rehabilitation training were effective in preventing and treating the symptoms of spastic paralysis. |
