成人高校教师实施考核的思路

教育是一个国家的根本，当前我国许多成人高校的教师绩效考核体系还很不健全，而合理、有效的考核激励机制是成人高等教育发展的关键，因此笔者提出了适合成人高等教育教师的绩效考核指标体系，对于教师的工作进行科学的考核，以此来建立有效的激励机制。

The Ideas of Implementing Assessment System among Adult Higher Education Teachers

Education is the national foundation. At present the teachers＇ performance assessment system in many adult colleges and universities is still not perfect; however, reasonable and effective assessment incentive mechanism is the key to the development of adult education. This paper puts forward using proper performance assessment index system in adult colleges and universities to scientifically evaluate teachers＇ work so as to establish an effective incentive mechanism.
