| 摘 要： | 民族自决理论在反对殖民主义的民族解放运动中发挥了重要的推动作用,然而关于民族自决权的争论早已不是什么新鲜话题.尽管今天某些人打着"民族自决"的旗号,从事分裂中国的活动,但我们并不需要对这一话题讳莫如深,而应以科学的态度对其进行历史的具体的分析,揭示其内涵和适用条件,这将有助于我们全面把握马克思主义民族理论的实质,进而认识到,中国共产党从成立之初提倡民族自决到建国之后坚持和完善民族区域自治,是马克思列宁主义民族理论中国化的重要成果,这将有力地驳斥民族分裂势力对民族自决原则的种种歪曲和误读.
