| 摘 要： | 针对采购商与供应商在准时采购中关系的不同,建立了供应链中单采购商对多供应商的两种不同博弈模型,求得模型均衡解并通过算例比较分析。研究表明实施激励机制可以有效提高采购商服务水平,采购商对不同的供应商应采用不同的激励机制。

| Abstract: | According to different relations of purchaser and supplier in JIT purchasing, two different game models on a single-purchaser and multi-suppliers in supply chain were built. The algorithm and example for the model are given, and the equilibrium solutions of two models are compared and analyzed. Research indicated that the purchaser＇s incentive policy can improve his service level effectively, and the purchaser should adopt different incentive policy for different suppliers. |
