| 摘 要： | 通过对我国42个政府职能部门进行问卷调查,使用结构方程模型方法进行实证研究,从而发现影响我国横向职能部门间G2G电子政务信息共享的主要因素.研究发现,社会关系网络是影响我国政府部门间信息共享的关键因素,这是前人研究所没有的.研究结果也表明,和西方国家相比,项目倡导机构对于我国政府部门间实现信息共享促进作用特别突出,而对政治利益流失的风险预期则是信息不能共享的罪魁祸首;IT能力并不像直观感觉是我国政府部门间G2G信息共享有明显作用.

| Abstract: | E-government G2G information sharing will improve administrative efficiency and reduce its cost.Despite the information technology increase the realization possibility of G2G information sharing,G2G information sharing remains a great challenge in China.In order to explore the influencing factors,the empirical study was taken by SEM which collected questionnaires from 42 government agencies.It is found that social network is a key factor for G2G information sharing which is a new factor in the study.Contras... |
