高海拔条件下高压电机防晕结构的研究

摘    要:传统的有关高压电机的科研工作比较注重于材料的研究开发,却很少在结构上进行研究。本研究在某电机厂生产的平原地区用6 kV级电机模压定子绕组防晕结构的基础上,提出了一种可用于海拔4 km及以下高原地区用6 kV级电机模压定子绕组防晕结构,并从理论上进行了详细的论证。试验结果表明,只要高压电机的防晕结构设计合理,防晕材料选择适当,同一防晕结构的高压电机完全可以满足不同海拔下的防晕要求。

Research on anti -corona structure of HV electric machine under the conditions of high altitude

Abstract:Traditional scientific research work on HV electric machine more focused on development of materials, but little on structure research. Based on anti - corona structure used in the plain areas, the paper proposed a kind of anti - corona structure of stator windings of 6 kV grade electric machine can be used for 4 km and below high altitude, and carried out a detailed theoretical argument. The result show that, as long as the anti - corona structure of high - voltage motors is reasonable and anti - corona material selection appropriate, the same anti - corona structure of high - voltage motors can fulfil anti -corona requirements under the different elevation.
