论学校教育评价的终极目标是人的全面发展

摘    要:阐述学校教育评价强调的是教育价值的"增值"、即评价的最终目标在于关注人的全面发展。指出现实的教育评价中仍存在着诸如模糊认知教育评价的价值和意义、漠视被评价对象的主体性及无限放大的功利性取向等有悖于人全面发展的价值偏差。基于教育是一种有意义的活动、是关注与提升人生命意义与生命感受过程的认识,提出教育评价应在努力建构教育评价双方的主体性价值需求、在极力"张扬"学生个性全面发展的基础上成为彰显学生价值的舞台主张。

Abstract:The school education evaluation stresses the "value added" of the educational value. The ultimate goal of the evaluation is to focus on talents' all-round development. But in the reality of the education evaluation, there still exists the value deviation, against the all-round developm ent of people, such as blurring the value and significance of cognitive education evaluation, ignoring the subjectivity of the evaluated object and the excessive utility. The education is a meaningful activity, which is concerning and improving meaning and feeling about life. The education evaluation should construct subjectivity demand on both sides of the education evaluation and to be the stage of showing the student's value on the basis of "displaying" strongly the all-round developm ent of student's personalities.
