摘    要:本文对不同显微组织切屑样品,用光学和透射电子显微镜观察第一、二变形区中组织的变化情况,证实了切屑形成是“微区热加工”过程,而碳化物则发生破碎、溶解和“球化退火”过程,在相近硬度下,钢在切削时,球状碳化物组织比片状碳化物组织所耗的能量少。

Abstract:For studying shape change of carbide in steel during machining the authors observe the microstructural changes of various chip samples in the first and second deformed areas by means of optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. It demonstrates once again that chip formation is nothing but hot procedure in microscale zone, while the carbide are beins broken, dissolved and spheroidal annealed.with sinilar hardness,the spheroidal carbide structure consumes less energy than flaky carbide structure during steel machining.
