涡轮增压器蜗壳热裂纹的试验研究

摘    要:为了确定蜗壳主要结构参数对蜗壳工作时热应力的影响情况,将涡轮增压器安装于发动机上进行实测试验.每50 h关闭一次发动机,对蜗壳热裂纹进行仔细测量和标记,结果在流道分隔墙上产生4处裂纹.经过100 h试验后,流道分隔墙上仍有4处裂纹,其中2处裂纹扩展穿透至流道的外表面,且舌形挡板处发生断裂.根据试验中热裂纹出现的位置和尺寸,确定蜗壳结构参数中影响热裂纹产生的6个主要参数为蜗壳的流道分隔墙、流道壁、舌形挡板的厚度和T—T截面、W/G凸台、V形圈边的结构形式,必须对其进行优化设计取值.

Abstract:In order to determine the influences of the main structural factors of turbine housing on its thermal stress,experimental studies on turbochargers installed on the engine were carried out.The engine was turned off after 50 hours,and the heat cracks on the turbine housing were measured and marked.4 heat cracks are caused on the divider.After 100 hours,the 4 cracks still existed,and two of them expend and reached the outer surface.And the tongue raffle ruptured.Based on the positions and sizes of the heat cracks,6 structural factors of turbine housing strongly affecting the cracks were as follows: divider,wall thickness,tongue baffle,T-T section,W/G boss and V-band.They must be optimized.
