气相色谱-质谱法分析沙苑子挥发油化学成分

为了更好的开发利用中药资源沙苑子，采用同时蒸馏浸提法提取了沙苑子挥发油，利用GC／MS方法测定了沙苑子中挥发油的化学成分，用峰面积归一化法计算得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果表明，沙苑子中挥发油的含量为2．59％（质量比）。共鉴定了12种化学成分，其中主要成分为2（3H）-萘烷酮，4，4a，5，6，7，8-己二烯和2H一环丙基[a]萘-2-one，1，1a，4，5，6，7，7a，7b八氢-1，1，7，7a-四甲基-，（1a，α，7α，7aα，7bα）。

Analysis of Chemical Composition of Essential Oil from Astraqulus complanatus with GC/MS

In order to develop the application of Astraqulus Complanatus as a kind of Chinese herb, the essential oil from Astraqulus Complanatus was extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction, and the chemical components of essential oil from Astraqulus Complanatus were separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The relative content was calculated according to the area ration of gas chromatography. The results indicated that the content of essential oil in Astraqulus Complanatus was 2.59%. 12 volatile compounds were identified in Astraqulus Complanatus. The major chemical components from Astraqulus Complanatus included： 2 （3 H）-Naphthalenone, 4,4a, 5,6,7,8- hexadiene, 2 H-Cyclopropa[a] naphthalene-2-one, 1,1 a, 4,5,6,7,7a, 7b-octahydro-1,1,7,7a-thtramethyl-, （1a,α,7α,7aα,7bα）.
