| Abstract: | A mathematical model and decision problem with upper level multi objective and lower level multi person uninterconnected singular objective are developed in this paper. Based on the fuzzy set theory, an interactive fuzzy decision method is proposed to counter the deficiency of the methods up to now.The method provides a way for the bilevel decision problem. |
