粉煤浓相气力输送中的固气比

摘    要:研究了室温下浓相输送粉粉的规律,固气化(固体与气体的质量流量之比)最高可达512.2kg/kg。通过大量实验,得出固气比与总压降的关系。利用最小二乘法,对52组实验数据进行拟合,得到了固气比与气体Froude数、固体质量流量这宰的关系,揭示了3个参数之间的回归方程。

Abstract:The regularity of dense pneumatic conveying pulverous coal at ambient temperature was studied. Many experiments are carried out and the maximal solid loading ratio of pulverous coal is 512.5 kg/kg. The applied foreground of dense phase pneumatic conveying in pulverous coal gasification is introduced. The relationship between solid loading ratio and pressure drop per unit length is obtained. Using least square, 52 groups experimental data were imitated, a fitting equation between solid loading ratio, froude number and mass flow rate was obtained.
