摘    要:系统叙述了微波辐射在中药与天然产物研究与开发中的应用,重点介绍了微波萃取技术在中草药、中成药、天然产物或天然药物的干燥和灭菌方面的应用及其特点,诸如微波技术具有干燥速度快、加热均匀、灭菌时间短且综合效果好的特点,微波辅助提取天然植物中有效成分的工作原理、设备和参数、方法特点及应用价值,该法具有设备简单、提取率高、重现性好、节省时间和试剂、环境污染小等特点,具有环境友好的绿色化学特性。

Abstract:The microwave radiation in the dryness and sterilization of Chinese traditional medicine was described together with its principle, advantages, parameters and equipments. The microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) in natural products is also demonstrated in its research, development and applications. By comparison of microwave radiation with traditional methods it was found that microwave radiation has the advantages of rapidment in dryness, heating evenly, the short time and good result in the sterilization. Through comparison of microwave-assisted extraction with heat reflux extraction, Soxlet extraction, supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and other methods it was also illustrated that MAE has the characteristics of the simple equipment, good recovery, good reduplication, less time and solvent consumption, and less pollutant, which shows environmentally benign features of green chemistry.
