海上管中管结构力学研究现状与发展

摘    要:为了避免风浪流、泥线低温等海洋环境载荷对钻完井作业及生产管柱的影响,海上管中管结构以其良好的安全保护、保温、传输等性能被广泛应用。目前,管中管的力学、强度及安全分析主要依据单管结构进行。为了系统梳理管中管在作业过程中力学分析方法,对管中管的结构组成,海上单管承内压、外压、屈曲设计与校核分析方法进行了介绍;同时,根据海上管柱易出现横向塌陷的特点,在单管塌陷及其传播公式基础上,对管中管的4种主要塌陷模式、管中管的塌陷传递压力计算方法进行了说明;在总结管中管动力学分析理论及其成果的基础上,提出了管中管结构动力学研究的发展方向。该研究有助于中国海上管中管结构力学的深入研究,可为中国深水领域的管中管安全作业提供借鉴。

Abstract:To avoid the impact of marine environmental loads such as wind, wave and current, mud line low temperature on drilling and completion operation string and production string, offshore pipe-in-pipe structure is widely used for its good safety protection, thermal insulation, transmission and other properties. At present, the mechanics, strength and safety analysis of pipe-in-pipe(PIP) are mainly based on single pipe structure. In order to systematically sort out the mechanical analysis method of PIP during operation, firstly, the structural composition of PIP, the internal pressure, external pressure and buckling design and verification analysis methods of offshore single pipe are introduced. Then, according to the characteristics of horizontal collapse of offshore pipe string, the main four collapse modes and the calculation method of collapse transmission pressure of PIP are explained based on the single pipe collapse and its propagation formula. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the theory and results of PIP dynamic analysis, the development direction of PIP structural dynamics is put forward. This study is helpful to the in-depth study of structural mechanics of offshore PIP, and can provide reference for the safe operation of PIP in deep water in China.
