多参数耦合作用下海洋立管动力响应实验

摘    要:为探究多参数耦合作用下的海洋立管动力响应,设计并开展了海洋立管动力响应模型实验。模型实验的主要研究参数分为立管设计参数与流场参数。立管参数:弹性模量,边界条件、顶张力,流场参数:流速和波浪参数(波高及周期)。综合考虑五种参数进行实验室的海洋立管模型实验,模型材料选取了铝(Al)和有机玻璃(PMMA),分别定性的对应金属立管及纤维复合材料增强海洋立管;边界条件采用两端铰接(S-S)和铰接-固接(S-F);顶张力选取 10N和30N;外流速采用 0.3m/s和0.7m/s;波浪考虑波浪的大小分别选择周期为1.0s波高为5cm的小波浪和周期为2.0s波高为15cm的大波浪。实验研究了立管模型在 32种不同工况参数搭配下的动力响应情况,通过对实验数据分析,得出了多参数耦合作用下各参数对海洋立管的影响效果。结果表明:立管振幅与弹性模量、约束数量以及顶张力的大小成反比,与流速及波浪大小正相关,特别是在垂直来流方向,直接影响立管是否发生明显的涡激振动。

Abstract:In order to investigate the dynamic response of marine riser under coupling effect of multiparameter, a model experiment of marine riser was designed and carried out. The main parameters of the model test are divided into riser design parameters and flow field parameters. The riser parameters include the elastic modulus, boundary conditions and top tension of the riser; and the flow field parameters are the velocity and wave parameters (wave height and period). The model materials are aluminum (Al) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), respectively representing metal riser and fiber composite reinforced marine riser. The boundary conditions are simple supports at both ends (S-S) and simple and fixed supports at each end (S-F). The top tension forces are 10N and 30N. The flow velocities are 0.3m/s and 0.7m/s. Considering the wave type, small waves with a period of 1.0s and a wave height of 5cm and large waves with a period of 2.0s and a wave height of 15cm are selected respectively. The dynamic response of the riser under 32 different working conditions is studied experimentally and through the analysis of the experimental data, the effects of various parameters on the marine riser are obtained. The results show that the amplitude of the riser is negatively correlated with the elastic modulus, the number of constraints, and the magnitude of the top tension, while positively correlated with the flow velocity and wave size, especially in the vertical direction of the incoming flow, which directly affects whether the riser undergoes significant vortex-induced vibration.
