摘    要:捆绑式运载火箭核心舱体主要为加筋壁板结构,与核心舱连接的助推器通过接头将助推载荷传递给核心舱体,同时核心舱体还承受着远端传递而来的均布载荷。设计舱体结构时要求加筋壁板在这些载荷作用下具有足够的稳定性,并使整个结构的质量尽可能轻。本文研究了承担捆绑接头载荷的加筋壁板结构优化方法。基于薄壁结构稳定性公式,同时考虑结构效率最大化和结构的质量最轻,提出了相应的优化目标函数。使用优化程序对算例进行优化,并基于有限元进行了验证。然后,对捆绑接头承载比例和接头宽度进行了参数分析。结果表明,接头载荷所占比例对优化结构的质量影响不大,而接头宽度的增大会使优化结构的质量下降。

Abstract:The strap-on booster connected with the central core will transfer the boost load to the central core through the joint. At the same time, the central core also bears the uniformly distributed load transmitted from the far end. The design requirement is to ensure the stability of stiffened panel under these loads and make the mass of the whole structure as light as possible. In this paper, the structural optimization of stiffened panel bearing the load of strap-on joint is studied. Based on the stability formula of thin-walled structure, considering the maximization of structure efficiency and the light weight of the structure, the corresponding optimization objective function is obtained. The given example is optimized by using the optimization program, and verified based on the finite element method. Then, the load ratio and joint width of the strap-on joint are analyzed. The results show that the proportion of joint load has little effect on the mass of the optimized structure, while the increase of joint width will reduce the mass of the optimized structure.
