摘    要:土工格室的强度取决于条带强度和节点强度,同时条带生产工艺和节点连接方式对土工格室强度也有一定的影响。通过对拉伸型聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)土工格室条带和热熔焊接型节点进行室内单轴拉伸试验,研究试样形状(哑铃形、窄矩形、宽矩形)和试样宽度对PP土工格室条带强度及拉伸变形特性的影响,并比较不同受力状态下熔接节点的失效模式及强度大小。结果表明,3种形状试样的抗拉强度及伸长率从大到小均为宽矩形、哑铃形、窄矩形,试样宽度对PP土工格室条带拉伸性能的影响显著大于试样形状,熔接节点依托于PP条带下的拉伸力学性能表现良好,熔接节点在不同受力状态下的强度从大到小为剪切强度、对拉强度、剥离强度。试验结果可为土工格室的生产、应用以及加筋加固机理的研究提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The strength of the geocell depends on the strip strength and junction strength, and the matching of the geocell strip material and junction also has a certain influence on the strength of the geocell. The effects of specimen shape (dumbbell-shaped, narrow rectangular, wide rectangular) and specimen width on the strength and tensile deformation characteristics of PP geocell strips were studied by indoor uniaxial tensile test of strips and junction taken from fused polypropylene geocell. The failure mode and strength of fused junction under different stress states should also be compared. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the three shape samples from large to small is wide rectangle, dumbbell shape, narrow rectangle. The effect of sample width on the tensile properties of PP geocell strips is significantly greater than that of sample shape. The tensile mechanical properties are good when the fusion joint is combined with PP strip. The strength of fused junction under different stress states from large to small is : shear strength, opposite tensile strength, peel strength. The test results can provide reference for the production and application of geocell and the study of reinforcement mechanism.
