高速公路路-桥过渡段桥头搭板布设方案

摘    要:设置在高速公路路-桥过渡段的桥头搭板可降低桥头跳车带来的危害,但也可能存在搭板断裂、板底脱空等问题。为避免上述问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法对路-桥过渡段桥头搭板布设方案进行了研究。研究结果表明,搭板厚度与长度存在最优搭配,搭板厚0.35 m时,最佳长度应大于8 m;搭板深埋时所受剪力明显减小,使用寿命长于常规搭板;搭板上方为水泥稳定级配碎石时路面沉降会显著减小。

Abstract:Approach slab installed at bridgehead of road-bridge transition section can effectively reduce the damage caused by vehicle bumping. However, there may also be some problems such as the rupture and disengaging of the approach slab. To avoid the above-mentioned problems, theoretical and numerical simulation methods were used to study the layout scheme of approach slab at bridgehead of expressway road-bridge transition section in this paper. The present results show that there is an optimal scheme between the thickness and length of the approach slab, e.g., the optimal length of approach slab with the thickness of 0.35 m should be larger than 8 m. The service life of the deeply buried approach slab is longer than that of the conventional layout of the approach slab, because the shear force of the deeply buried approach slab is obviously reduced. It also can be concluded that the pavement settlement will be significantly reduced when cement stabilized graded crushed stone is placed above the approach slab.
