摘    要:为了分析船舶中排气羽流热和气体组分的流动特性,更好地揭示其热分布及红外辐射特征,以某现代常规动力船舶为例,基于开源软件OpenFOAM开发了recRhoSimpleFoam可压缩羽流热特征求解器,该求解器能够计算船舶羽流温度的热分布及各气体组分的分布特性,在此基础上分析不同网格数量、离散格式和边界条件对排气羽流温度和气体组分流动的影响。结果表明,网格划分精细度能够影响其数值模拟的求解结果,精细网格对于热特征的分析更为有利,离散格式和边界条件的改变对于其羽流温度的影响较小。该研究可为下一步流场的优化以及红外仿真工作提供参考依据。

Abstract:To analyze the thermal characteristics of exhaust plumes and the flow characteristics of gas components in a ship, and better reveal its thermal distribution and infrared radiation characteristics, taking a modern conventional power ship as an example, a solver for the thermal characteristics of recRhoSimpleFoam compressible plume was developed based on open source software OpenFOAM, which can calculate the thermal distribution of ship plume temperature and the distribution characteristics of gas components, and then analyze the effects of different grid numbers, discrete formats and boundary conditions on exhaust plume temperature and gas component flow. The results show that the fineness of grid division can affect the numerical simulation results, and the fine grid is more beneficial to the analysis of thermal characteristics, while the change of discrete format and boundary conditions has less influence on the plume temperature. This study can provide a reference for the optimization of the flow field and infrared simulation in the next step.
