水泥稳定煤矸石路面基层补充定额编制

摘    要:为了能有效控制水泥稳定煤矸石混合料的造价,填补陕西省现行公路工程定额中的缺项,以水泥稳定煤矸石路面基层工程项目为依托,研究了水泥稳定煤矸石路面基层技术特点及施工工艺,合理划分补充定额子目,实测了施工过程中的工作内容及人、材、机的消耗量定额,运用拉依达准则和线性插值法识别并修正实测数据中的粗大误差,计算汇总,编制出水泥稳定煤矸石路面基层补充定额,并进行成果测算分析。结果表明,编制的补充定额均处于合理水平,可作为水泥稳定煤矸石路面基层施工的计价依据。研究成果可为陕西省乃至全国范围内水泥稳定煤矸石路面基层项目的预算定额编制提供依据。

Abstract:In order to effectively control the cost of cement stabilized coal gangue mixture and fill the gap in the current highway engineering quota in Shaanxi Province. Based on the cement stabilized coal gangue pavement base engineering project, the technical characteristics and construction technology of cement stabilized coal gangue pavement base are studied, divide the supplementary quota sub-items reasonably, the work content and the consumption quota of manpower, materials and machines in the construction process are measured. The Pau Ta criterion and linear interpolation method was used to identify and correct the gross errors in the sample data, calculate and summarize, compiled the supplementary quota of cement stabilized coal gangue pavement base, and the results are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the supplementary quotas were all at a reasonable level, which can be used as the pricing basis for the construction of cement stabilized coal gangue pavement base. The research results can reference for the budget quota preparation of cement-stabilized coal gangue pavement base projects in Shaanxi Province and even in the whole country.
