摘    要:为满足复合材料适航维修工作负荷评价需求,提出一种针对胶接挖补的工作负荷评价指标体系与模型。首先根据扎根理论定义了胶接挖补工作负荷顶层指标;然后利用AMOS软件建立基于SEM(structural equation modeling)的工作负荷评价指标模型,并对指标分析筛选,构建出包含4个一级指标、17个二级指标的工作负荷评价指标体系;最后运用G1算法计算了指标权重系数,结合线性加权法确定了工作负荷评估模型。飞机复合材料蒙皮雷击损伤胶接挖补的工作负荷评价结果证明了模型的有效性。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of composite airworthiness maintenance workload evaluation, an indicator system and model of workload evaluation is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the top indicator of the workload for bonding repair was defined based on grounded theory. Then, the workload evaluation indicator model based on SEM was established by AMOS software, and an indicator system with 4 first-level and 17 second-level indicators was constructed. Finally, G1 algorithm was used to calculate the index weight coefficient, and the workload evaluation model was determined by combining the linear weighting method. The evaluation results of the bonding repair workload about aircraft composite skin damaged by lightning show that the model is effective.
