风力机气动噪声测量分析

摘    要:针对风力机气动调幅噪声,提出了一种新的测量和分析方法。在风力机前部左右45°位置测量调幅噪声。对测量数据高通滤波后,求取瞬时d BC值;傅里叶变换后得到调幅噪声幅值和叶片通过频率。采用此方法对1.5 MW风力机气动噪声进行测量分析,发现风机气动调幅噪声与来流风速和湍流有很强的关联。新方法有助于建立风力发电机组的气动噪声测量标准,以更好的控制风力机的调幅噪声。

Abstract:In this paper, we propose a new method for measurement and analysis the wind turbine aerodynamic noise. To measure the acoustic pressure in time domain at specified location, which is about 45 degree in front of wind turbine at operation, different from IEC microphone location. First, run the measured signal through high-pass filter with cutoff frequency to capture AM noise. Then run dBC calculation to obtain instantaneous sound pressure level. Finally get AM noise amplitude and blade passing frequency by FFT. Use this method to measure and analysis of 1.5MW wind turbine noise. It is found that wind turbine aeroacoustics AM noise has strong coupling wit in coming unsteady wind with atmospheric turbulence. The new method may help to establish the standard measurement of wind turbine aerodynamic noise for industry, to better control the amplitude noise of the wind turbine.
