悬架舒适性橡胶衬套静-动态特性研究

摘    要:以某车麦弗逊前悬架控制臂舒适性橡胶衬套为对象,依据超弹性本构理论的应变能密度函数与已有的橡胶材料基础试验数据,确定Yeoh本构为该衬套超弹性本构模型来描述衬套静态特性;并采用广义Maxwell模型与已有超弹性本构模型叠加方法,提出了超-黏弹性本构模型来描述衬套动态特性;进行衬套静、动态结构试验并获取衬套轴向与径向部分静、动态特性试验信息,将仿真曲线与试验曲线的一致性作为优化目标,利用Hyper Study集成优化算法—自适应响应面法(ARSM)并调用ABAQUS求解器对衬套超弹性与黏弹性材料本构系数进行识别优化,以获取匹配该衬套特性精度较高的超弹性与黏弹性本构参数。利用识别后较高精度的超弹性本构与粘弹性本构参数,结合有限元分析技术,完成该橡胶衬套静-动态特性全信息重组。

Study on Static- Dynamic Mechanical Characteristics of Suspension rubber bushings
Abstract:By taking a comfort rubber bushings used on Macpherson Suspension control arms as the reaearch object, Yeoh model is selected, based on a strain energy density function of superelasticity constitutive theory and experimental data,to describe rubber bushings static characteristics. And a hyper-viscoelastic constitutive model is put forward,by superposing general Maxwell model and superelasticity constitutive model ,to describe rubber bushings dynamic characteristics . The static and dynamic characteristic experimental data of rubber bushings was obtained by experiments. In order to get High precision hyper and viscoelastic constitutive parameters matching rubber bushings , using Adaptive Response Surface Method(ARSM)Integrated in HyperStudy and calling ABAQUS solver to Optimize the parameters ,and setting the difference between simulation curve and experimental curve as optimization goal. Using optimized parameters and finite element analysis technology to restructure static and dynamic characteristic of the rubber bushings.
