基于粒子群算法的珩磨加工参数优化研究

摘    要:粒子群算法具有计算简单,收敛速度快和良好的全局与局部收敛能力等特点.通过对珩磨加工工艺参数的分析,构建了基于粒子群算法的珩磨加工参数智能选择模型,在理论模型的基础上通过实验数据对模型参数进行了优化.研究证明该方法用于珩磨加工工艺参数的选择具有可靠性高、选择操作简单、实用性强等优点.

Abstract:The particle swarm optimization has the characteristics of simple calculation,fast convergence and a good ability of global and local convergence.Through the analysis of the process,an intelligent choice model of honing parameters is constructed based on the particle swarm optimization.Then on the basis of this theoretical model,experimental studies are carried out and the experimental data are used to optimize the model parameters in return.It has shown that selecting honing parameters based on particle swarm optimization has the advantages of good intelligence,high reliability,simple operation and high practical value.
