酒嘉区域经济一体化的发展红利分析

根据"经济人"假说和"发展红利"理论,分别对酒嘉经济一体化在生产要素优化、区域规模提升、产业结构和城市功能互补等方面进行了分析.结果表明:经济实力进一步增强、产业结构进一步优化、城市功能和社会发展实现协同化和同城化,能极大地提升两市的综合竞争实力.关键是要建立有利于一体化发展的领导体制、制定有利于一体化发展的政策措施、在对两市政府业绩考核中增加有利于一体化发展的指标体系等.

Analysis of the Development Divident in Regional Economic Intergration in Jiuquan-Jiayuguan Area

Economic Man Hypothesis and theory of Development Divident are used to analyze optimizing requisite in productivity,complementing configuration in industry,advancing scope in area,and complementing function in city of regional economic intergration between Jiuquan and Jiayuguan.Results indicate that eonomic strength will be more reinforced,industrial form will be more optimized,urban scale will be more extended,function of city will be urban cohesion,and development of society will be common after combining Jiuquan and Jiayuguan tohether.Accordingly,cooperation of the two cities can make an exaltation in competitive power roundly and will be propitious to accelerate process of intergration.The most importance in how to found leading system and policy which are propitious to intergration,furthermore,adding to the two municipal government performance appraisal index system for integrated development is also pivotal.
