摘    要:确定了一种直接测定石灰在高温状态下反应能力,即热活性的方法——溶渣自由氧化钙滴定法。探明了水、热活性的相关性及石灰结晶状态和MgO含量对它的影响。结果表明:石灰的水活性和热活性是一致的,即水活性增加热活性也增加。石灰的晶粒度变小和MgO含量增加都会使活性增加。

Abstract:Develops a new directly measuring method for lime reactivity at high temperature, i. e. the thermal activity determination or in-slag free CaO titration. The relation between hydro-activity and thermal-activity and the influences of crystal structure of lime and MgO content on the thermal-activity are investigated.Results show that the thermal-activity increases with hydro-activity. In addition,fine crystal size and high MgO content can also enhance the thermal-activity of lime.
