| 摘 要： | 文章对人居环境的相关概念进行了分析与探讨，在人居环境尺度链中选取社区尺度作为研究层次，构建了城市社区人居环境质量评价体系，并以济南市市区的五个区（长清区除外）为例，运用模糊综合评判的方法对五个区的人居环境的等级进行了评价，并对评价结果进行了分析．

| Abstract: | This paper studies and analyzes the relativity concept of human settlements ,chooses the scale of community from the scale-chain of human settlements, bases on the generalized human settlement theories mentioned above, uses the Principle Del's Philippines law and establishes evaluation model of quality of human settlements in scale of community. Taking five districts of urban area of Jinan (except Changqing district) ,the paper uses the method of Judge Fuzzily Synthetically appraise the grade of the living environment to five districts . And has analysed the result of this appraisal.x |
