利用硫铁矿烧渣制备高纯氧化铁的研究

摘    要:以硫铁矿烧渣为原料,经过磁选、熟化、除杂等生产工艺制备了超细氧化铁粉末和铁盐。研究了熟化温度、时间及合成因素对产品粒度的影响。制备的产品粒度为亚微米级、纯度达99.5%以上。为硫铁矿烧渣的综合应用开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:Super - fine Fe304 powders were synthesized by using Pyrite Cinder as feed material via magnetic separation and maturing and purgation technology. The method consists of pyrite cinder matured temperature and time, synthesized temperature, finally obtained super -fine Fe304 powders. Experimental results showed that the particle size of Fe304 powder is sub - micron level and the purity of Fe304 come up to 99. 5%. The scientific experiments can provid a nem path for utilizating of pyrite cinder.
