聚乙二醇-丝素共混膜物理性能的研究

摘    要:不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)以不同比例混入丝素可形成共混丝素膜,并具有良好的拉伸性、透水、透;气、透光性和一定的生物降解与溶解性。实验结果表明:虽PEG和丝素的可混合性稍差,但在一定的透水、透汽性和较好的柔韧性前提下,可达到创面膜的基本要求。

Abstract:A series of membranes made of silk fibroin (SF) added by the polyethylene glycol (PEG) with different molecular weight and blend ratios have been prepared and tested . The experimental results show that physical properties of these PEG/SF films mainly depend on the content and the molecular weight of PEG, especially the dissolvability, tensile properties, water and vapor permeability, and light transmissivity. Meanwhile, the SF membrane modified with PEG can be achieved to the requirement for being wound covering membrane under the reasonable tensile properties and the effective permeability.
