摘    要:按信息是否完备,决策可以分为设计活动和选择活动。在并行工程多学科工作小组中,这两种活动总是在不断交替进行。个人有限的认知能力与复杂多变的环境之间的冲突是设计中的主要问题。因此,对小组决策的支持一方面要有信息系统来扩展成员的认知能力,另一方面需要有有效的决策机制来保障成员决策的一致性。文中最后给出了几种优化多学科工作小组设计活动的群决策机制.

Abstract:Decision making can be classified to design active and choice active, ty whether the information for decision making is complete.It is presented how these two actives proceedin inter discipline teamworking in concurrent engineering.The main problem in design is the conflict between the limit of bounded cognitive ability of individual and the complexity of variable design environment.Hence, it is important to support teamworking with an information system to improve the cognitive ability of team members, and with an effective group mechanism to make agreeable decisions.Several group decision making mechanism are presented to achieve these goals.
