| 摘 要： | 择业是师院学生人生道路的重要抉择，但在此过程中，他们对自己、职业及其周围环境的认识、了解和推理、判断的不准确而产生了偏差。师院学生择业偏差的原因可以归结为内外多种因素，为此，要从认知角度上给予师院学生以心理辅导。

| Abstract: | Career high student life division an important decision, but in the process, they have, vocational and surrounding environmental awareness, understanding and reasoning, judgement inaccurate and had a bias. High division of the reasons students choose between a variety of factors could be attributed to internal and external, for which we give a high awareness of psychological counselling to the students division. |
