《人民代表大会制度》实践教学的途径探析——旁听和模拟达州市人大常委会会议的思考

旁听和模拟地方人大常委会会议是《人民代表大会制度》实践教学的两条途径。在实践教学中,教师对学生示范、指导、组织、激励和修正,学生对教师建议、启发、评价、咨询,从而形成了师生互动模式。制定计划并及早向学生公布;采取激励措施调动学生的积极性;充分发挥教师的主导作用;积极争取市人大常委会和学校的支持;注意课堂教学与实践教学的衔接、旁听与模拟的衔接,是成就两项实践教学活动的经验。
