| 摘 要： | 提高农民法律意识是推进统筹城乡发展的基础，也是构建社会主义和谐新农村的必然要求。但由于多方面因素的影响，我国公民法律意识发展不平衡，农民的法律意识总体上比较淡薄，与现代法制社会的要求还有很大差距。必须正确认识到提高农民法律意识的重要性，探索多种有效途径提高农民法律意识，促进农村和谐社会的早日实现。
