葛根黄酮的微波萃取条件优化

摘    要:以葛根为材料探索微波辅助提取黄酮工艺的优化,在单因素实验的基础上采取L9(34)正交优化试验,研究了乙醇浓度、乙醇体积、微波功率、微波时间等因素对葛根黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明:采用微波辅助提取方法可以在短时间内提高提取效率,明显大于不作微波处理的对照组;且在乙醇浓度为60%、微波时间为60s、料液比为1∶50、微波功率为300w的条件下提取率最好。

Abstract:Lobed kudzuvine root is used as the raw material to optimize the microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids.Optimum extraction conditions(ethanol concentration,ethanol volume,microwave power and microwave treatment time)for flavonoids from lobed kudzuvine root are established according to one-factor and orthogonal experimentation(L9(34)).The results show that microwave assisted extraction resulted in a better flavonoid yield in a short period than no microwave assisted extraction.The best extraction condit...
