| 摘 要： | 利用薄层扫描法测定特木仁-5中栀子甙的含量．本方法直接点样，快速、简便、灵敏度高，重复性好，回归方程为y=344．12X-4．0914；含量为0．741，平均回收率为98．4％，RSD为0.602％。

| Abstract: | The geniposide in the traditional Mongolian medicine temuren - 5 decotion was determined by the thin- layer chromatography.The result indicated that the method was rapid, simple ,sensitive and reproducible . The regression equation is y = 344. 12X - 4.0914; the content of the geniposide is 0.741;the average rate of recovery is 98.4% ;RSD 0.602%. |
