摘    要:柔性机构的运动具有复杂非线性的特点,为了进行柔性机构的运动分析和动态可靠性分析,提出了一种集成仿真环境下建立虚拟样机模型并进行运动仿真的方法。在UG-ANASYS-ADAMS多软件平台上进行动力学分析,利用蒙特卡罗随机抽样方法进行随机动态响应分析。在MATLAB中建立神经网络进行随机动态响应仿真实验以减少时间成本,得到了运动参数动态响应分布特性和运动参数的动态可靠度。通过空间站柔性展开机构实例分析和计算,结果表明该方法可以用于复杂柔性机构的仿真和分析,具有精度高、时间成本小的优点。

Abstract:The kinetics character of flexible mechanism is nonlinear.For the purpose of kinetic analysis and dynamical reliability analysis of flexible mechanism,a virtual prototype model was built on integrated simulation environment of UG-ANASYS-ADAMS.Methodology of kinetic simulation on the integrated multi-software platform was presented.Monte Carlo(MC)method was applied to generate stochastic variables for dynamical responds analysis.Artificial Neural Network(ANN)was applied in MATLAB for dynamical responses analysis and reduction of time consuming.Statistical distribution of kinematical parameters was yielded from the outputs of ANN and dynamical reliability of kinematical parameters was gained.As an example,a flexible expand mechanism model of space station was employed to test this method.The results prove that this method is available for kinematical analysis and dynamical reliability analysis of complicated flexible mechanism.It has the advantage of high precision and reasonable computational cost.
