| Abstract: | As a emperor of humble birth,ZHU Yuan-zhang had made many achievements in aspect of governing. In perfecting management system,he has carried out drastic reforms,however,he was also overly conservative; he overly conservative on controlling government officials,but was kind to common people.During the period of his rule,he provided disaster relief for twenty times,therefore,he was named emperor of disaster relief. |
