| 摘 要： | 管理起源于人类的共同劳动。在共同劳动中,出现了劳动的分工和相互协作,进而逐渐产生了管理的需要。原始社会是人类社会的最初阶段,原始人类在社会活动中创造了灿烂的文化,同时留下了丰富的管理思想遗产。原始人类在社会生活中,随着共同劳动规模的不断增大,协作的范围日益扩大,社会分工和生产部门内部分工越来越细,对管理工作的要求也就越来越高。为实现更加复杂和重要的管理任务及职能,管理思想也就应运而生了。
