| 摘 要： | 为了更好地指导大学生创业,在国内外相关文献分析研究的基础上,提取个人背景、个人特质、创业态度和创业环境四个因素,构建了大学生创业倾向的影响因素模型。以辽宁省部分高校在校大学生为研究对象,运用SPSS16.0和AMOS5.0进行实证分析。就培养大学生的创新创业能力,提高大学生的创业倾向,推动大学生成功创业提出了具体的对策。
