| 摘 要： | 文章在分析影响交通运输质量各项指标的基础上建立了评价交通运输质量的模型;利用层次分析法原理建立了交通运输质量评价指标体系和两两比较的判断矩阵;通过对专家的问卷调查得到了单一准则下元素相对权重,并进行了一致性检验,从而得出了影响交通运输质量各项指标的排序,为提高交通运输质量提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | This paper sets up the quality evaluation model of traffic and transport based on the analysis of every index affecting the quality of traffic and transport. The evaluation index system of the quality of traffic and transport and the judgement matrix for comparison between every two indexes are presented by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).Every element relative weight is given on the single principle through the inquiry from experts,and correspondency inspection is made.Then the sequence of every index affecting the quality of traffic and transport is obtained, which may provide a scientific basis for enhancing the quality of traffic and transport. |
