| 摘 要： | 从社会学的角度对教练员职业角色的缺位现象进行了分析,指出我国正处在社会转型期和教练员本位价值和价值归宿的转移是造成教练员职业角色缺位的社会根源。并提出了改革教练员管理制度的几点思考。
