电力系统有功安全经济再调度

摘    要:本文用网流规划法研究了具有安全约束的有功安全经济再调度问题。对违反安全约束事故状态的有功再调度,本文提出了通过消除暂时性缺负荷以达到安全状态的另一途径。解算方法采用了计算速度快的OKA法,并用增量校正模型求解再调度问题,提高了网流法的计算精度。文中以IEEE30节点系统为例进行了计算,获得了较为满意的结果。

Abstract:This paper reports on application of network flow programming to the real power economic redispatch with security constraints. For the contingency state which violates the line security constraints , the re-dispatching is performed by eliminating the curtailment of real loads. The network flow model is incremental, and is solved by OKA. Therefore, it is very simple, fast and accurate. The model and its solution algorithm are tested on JEEE 30 bus system and the encouraging results are obtained.
