| 摘 要： | 开磷集团HGB项目的配料系统是以ControlLogix为硬件平台和ControlNet为网络平台，将PLC、变频器、触摸屏、称重仪表连接成一个统一的整体，对配料系统的各种机电设备进行就地/远程控制和监测，从而完成了对配料的自动化，在国内具有领先水平。对其他行业的配料控制亦有很好的借鉴和指导作用。

| Abstract: | Taking Control Logix as the hardware interface and the Control Net as the net interface,the batching system of HGB program connects PLC,frequency converter,touch screen and weightometer to supervise and monitor all the batching machines on site or long-distance so that batching can be done automatically. Because of the accuracy and automation,it has occupied domestic leading level.This design can be reference for batching in other lines. |
