| 摘 要： | 21世纪知识经济的悄然兴起对现代化过程中的劳动者素质以及人的素质提出了新的要求和挑战 ,人们所承受的压力越来越大 ,身心健康的问题越来越突出 .在分析青少年不良心态和行为障碍的成因及其机制的基础上 ,探寻有效的防范对策 ,更好地推广和开展适合青少年身心特点的健康服务工作 ,使他们成为积极进取、朝气蓬勃、身心健康的青少年 .

| Abstract: | With the development of the knowledge-based economy, the quality of the laborer and other people is confronted with new requirement and challenges. The people's pressure will increase, the problem of body and mind's health will be serious. On the basis of analyzing the causes of formation and countermeasure of bad mentality and behavior obstacle of the adolescent, the author put forward the effective methods, hoping to provide healthy service for the bad mentality and behavior obstacle of adolescent, and establish the material base and mental base for them in the future. |
