| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆具有通识教育的职能,为充分发挥其职能,应切实做好文献的采集配置工作,积极开展丰富多彩的读者活动;加大数字资源的建设,主动加强资源宣传推介及提高馆员素质;不断强化和创新服务职能,提高建设与管理水平。

| Abstract: | College libraries has a general educational function. To effectively provide services to readers, the library should collect and allocate papers, hold lots of readers＇ activities, enhance the numeric resources, activate library resource propaganda and enhance the librarian capacities, continuously consolidate and innovate service function and hence enhance the efficiency of administration. |
