摘    要:组织结构扁平化变革,从人力资源管理角度而言,适合以薪酬改革为契机侧面推进,从企业文化建设的物质层面、制度层面和精神层面全面展开,来自深圳JJBW公司的案例是一个较好的例证。同时,培训是必不可少的手段。

Abstract:From the perspective of human resource management, the organization structure flat change should start from compensation reform, and then be promoted by enterprise culture construction, including the three aspects of material, culture, and system, the case from JJBW (Shenzhen) company is a good example. Meanwhile, training is regarded as an inseparable means.
