河南省县域城镇化的时空差异及影响因素

采用变异系数、聚类分析、空间探测器等研究方法,利用1990,2000,2010年河南省县域非农业人口数据,分析了1990年以来河南省县域城镇化水平随时间变化的空间差异及其影响因素.结果表明:①1990—2010年,河南省县域城镇化发展速度缓慢,且存在一定的区域差异,大致为西高东低,西北部与京广铁路沿线部分形成一个"T"字形的县域城镇化率较高的区域,低城镇化率分布在开封—周口等黄淮地区.②城镇化发展较好的县域大部分分布在那些工业化水平高,资源丰富的地区,而那些传统的农业地区(如黄淮平原地区)城镇化率依然较低.③县域经济发展阶段、人均粮食产量、人口密度、城镇固定资产投资等是影响河南省县域城镇化发展的主要因素.基于此,提出河南省重点发展国家区域性中心城市和地区区域性中心城市的同时,注入更多的精力发展县域中心城市,大力发展现代化农业生产,完善县域产业结构,增强县域城镇化发展的政策支持力度等政策建议.

The Spatial Differences and the Influence Factors of the County Urbanization in Henan

Using the coefficient of variation,cluster analysis and geography detectors,we analysed the spatial differences and its influencing factors of the county urbanization in Henan since 1990. The results show that the county urbani-zation in Henan has made some progress in slow pace of development,but with regional differences. The“T”shape region pattern of high county urbanization was gradually highlighted,which was made by the counties along the northwest of Henan and the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,while the low county urbanization level was maintained in Kaifeng and Zhoukou central plains. The high county urbanization region was maintained in the region with good industrial base and abundant resources. There are many factors affecting county urbanization,mainly including economic development stage,population density,output of grain,investment in fixed assets in urban area. Based on these,some strategies to promote urbanization were put forward,such as making great efforts to develop the county economy and the modernization production of agriculture,improving the industrial structure of the county,enhancing the support of strategy to the development of the county.
