固体饮料中合成色素前处理方法的研究

摘    要:测定固体饮料中合成色素柠檬黄、日落黄时分别以国标中聚酰胺吸附法和液-液分配法进行样品前处理,并通过精密度和样品回收率对检测结果予以比较,两种前处理方法检测结果无明显差异,液-液分配法在检测大批量样品时具有一定的优势.

Abstract:Two pretreatment methods in the national standard during determination of tartrazine and sunset yellow colour in solid beverage were used,and the comparison of detection results was studied by precision and recovery. There was no significant difference in the detection results between two pretreatment methods,and liquid-liquid partitioning method was suitable for detection in large scale samples.
