摘    要:集装箱船配载和航线网络具有很强的经济性,对集装箱运输费用也有着非常大的影响.因此降低集装箱船运输的总费用,实现对集装箱船配载和航线网络的联合优化,首先引入软时间窗,建立混合整数规划模型.然后集装箱船舶在7个港口之间的运输为例,并且以CPLEX为计算工具,分别计算在设置软时间窗前后的集装箱船的最小运输费用,以及考虑航线经济下的综合最小费用.计算结果表明,在引入时间窗前后,如果不考虑航线经济,最小航行费用很接近,仅相差6.1%,但是在考虑航线经济之后,两者相差近11.1%,表明设置时间窗具有较强经济性和实际操作意义值.

Abstract:Container ship stowage and voyage route network have a strong influence to container transport costs. So, in order to reduce the total transportation costs of container vessel and realize joint optimization of containership stowage and voyage route network, time windows is introduced and the mixed integer programming model is established. Then seven ports are taken for example to calculate the minimum transportation costs before and after setting the time windows, respectively. Also integrated minimum costs are calculated with voyage routing economy consideration with CPLEX. The results show that minimum transportation costs are very close, only 6.1% difference before and after setting time windows without considering voyage routing economy, but integrated minimum costs have a difference of nearly 11.1% with routing economy consideration. So it has a strong economical and practical significance.
